What we collect
When you submit our quotation form, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, phone number, postcode and information about the job — so we can get back to you with a quote.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out and manage the work. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
If you get in touch for a quote and it doesn't go any further, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep your details for as long as any guarantee on the work remains valid, and in any case for at least 6 years, in line with our own record-keeping requirements.
